    Our Story

Brick Walls, Candlelight, and a Kitchen with Nerve

Housed in a restored warehouse on West Cimarron Street, The Warehouse Restaurant & Gallery has been the address for a serious dinner in downtown Colorado Springs for decades. High ceilings, exposed brick, low light and rotating original art — an evening here feels like an occasion whether or not you came for one.

Our kitchen cooks New American with a distinctly Colorado accent: bison, elk, yak, quail and wild boar alongside roast chicken, halibut and a grilled cabbage chop that converts skeptics nightly.

    The Kitchen

Seasonal, ingredient-led cooking. Wild game is our signature, but every plate — from the heart of palm cakes to today's soup — comes out of the same disciplined kitchen.

    The Cellar

One of the deepest lists in the region: Barolo, Brunello, Sancerre, Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Napa Cabernet and vintage Champagne, plus tawny ports and cognac to close.

    The Gallery

The art on our walls rotates and it's all for sale. Dinner and an exhibition under one roof — and a backdrop for private events unlike anywhere else in town.
