    Our Story

    Dinner Inside
    a Warehouse

Set in a restored warehouse on West Cimarron Street, our dining room pairs exposed brick with low light, worn timber and candlelit tables.

The kitchen cooks New American with a Colorado accent: bison rib eye, elk strip loin, juniper-braised yak and quail, alongside roast chicken, halibut and a grilled cabbage chop.

    What our guests are saying

"We were a group of 9 people. Personally, I enjoyed my chicken, really tender and moist and hubs enjoyed his tomahawk pork chops."

    Dina Cannon

"We came to this place because I was looking for Elk Steak and it was one of the only places I could find that served it. It's in a very interesting location and it shares a building with a little grocery store which is very unique."

    Abran S.

    "Bad food for the price."

    Chrystan Greathouse

"My husband and I believe this was the best dinner we’ve ever had. We had the spinach dip, bison ribeye, and the elk strip."

    Landrie Fleming

"Elk was wonderful, service was great."

    August Wazowski

"Everything was amazing at The Warehouse! We had today’s tacos and the elk strip loin, plus a Cherry Barrel to drink, and everything was delicious and plated beautifully."
